Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly billing?+

Yes. You can switch billing cycles at any time from your dashboard — the new cycle applies from your next renewal.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes, all Basic, Pro and Premium plans are cancel-anytime with no lock-in. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

What payment methods are supported?+

We support UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay, as well as cash payments collected at the counter for in-shop customers.

Is the ₹499/month White Label charge the same as a EasyPrintQR subscription?+

No. The ₹499/month covers hosting and maintenance for your own White Label website specifically — it is separate from, and does not replace, a Basic/Pro/Premium plan on that platform.

Does White Label include a mobile app?+

Not currently. The White Label package covers the website, dashboard and admin panel. A mobile app is not included.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?+

Yes, you can change plans at any time from your dashboard. Charges are adjusted proportionally for the remainder of your current billing period.
